Susan Kopec is a licensed Associate Broker with Howard Hana Rand Realty, working out of the New City office. A real estate industry veteran for 39 years is well-regarded in the industry for her attention to detail, commitment to personal service, marketing skills, and Realtor ethics. She has represented both buyers & sellers in all parts of Rockland and Orange Counties; she specializes in first-time home buyers, new developments, luxury homes, waterfront homes, and senior homes. Susan is a member of the New City Rotary. She has lived in Rockland County since 1969. She is a former teacher and has taught in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Susan currently lives in New City with her family.
